i want to load balancing two different cisco switch. how it is possible.
two switch meaing:
sw1 is connected from fiber in l3 switch.
sw2
sw3
sw4 is connected from cat6 in l3 switch
so i would like to eharchannel in sw1 to l3, s1 to sw2, sw2 to sw3, s3 to sw4 and sw4 to l2 switch from cat6.please suggest.

l2 switch is c2960
l3 is c3750

Bikash, so long as the config matches there should be no problems. You may make the channel-group, assign to the group number you want, I'd recommend to use mode "on" instead of active or passive. This will make a static LAG.
The one thing to take notice of, when you make the LAG between switches, you may make the ports go in to err disable. Just shut/no shut the ports once the config is complete to bring the lag up accordingly.
so something like
config t
int range xxx
channel-group 1 mode on
