Ether-channel Issue

We have two different media, one HUAWEI radio device with 400 Mbps capacity and on SAF radio device with 100 Mbps capacity and using them as bridges between our two switches. 
We did ether-channel to get 500 Mbps capacity and load balancing between these switches but not worked. any idea please?

Hi whats the problem there not load balancing right , if that's the case try set the LB to this works better with higher layer order

port-channel load-balance src-dst-port

our bridge devices are with different capacities the first one capacity is 100 Mbps and the other one capacity is  400 Mbps, would it work on ether channel?

with etherchannel you should use equal cost links bundled together
