Etherchanel question

Is this topology posible?

I would like to connect a stack of Cisco 2960S switches to two 4500X switches using etherchannel for redundancy. I have tried different methods but none of them work. The 4500X switches are not stacked (I don't think it is possible thou).

It is not possible unless you use VSS on the 4500X.

As Reza said this one only be achieved using VSS or VPC in Nexus technology.
