I have a VOIP system and have been fighting a couple phones dropping mid call. I recently added ' auto qos voip trust' and increased the In/Out buffer to help with this issue. I'm not certain if that will resolve the issue but I'm having difficulty resetting the Total Output Drops counter so I can see if I'm still getting the same frequency with the new commands in place. Anyone know if that counter is able to be reset w/o a reboot?

If clearing interface counters doesn't clear the counter of interest, then a reload would usually be needed to clear it.
