Expanding existing 3750G switch stack

I have an existing switch stack that is comprised of two (2) WS-C3750G-24TS that are interconnected using the stackwise stackng cables. I have a third switch to add into this stack for expansion. Is there anything special I need to do to the switch before adding it to the stack. Are there any issues with adding it between the existing two rather than on the end? I am planning to shut down the stack so that I can install the additional stackwise cables and get everythng properly connected.
