Express setup catalyst 2950-x

Hi I have a catalyst 2950-x. I use the express setup but When Save the configuration...the Switch reboot but the IP remain that of default. I use mozilla last version and Windows 7.Must i upgrade the firmware? Must I use cli configuraton? Best regards

CLI is better because it is more "feature rich" than HTML. 

Another thing is HTML chews up CPU and can, sometimes, makes the switch sluggish.

Ok where i find the commands ? I hhave just installed Putty.

I use for the first time Cisco Product.
