I have a switch that displays the following

Software version is different so extracting
the whole bundle

I just leave the switch like this for 30 minutes but nothing more happens.
I have tried to deploy a elder software version on the switch, and tried to deploy the newest firmware on the switch.
Same results - does any one have any idea otherwise I will just destroy the switch for good
