Facing error unsupported tcam value in 2960-24tc-s

Dear All,

I am facing below error in 2960-24tc-s switch

!!! WARNING: The switch is not usable !!!
Reason:
Error unsupported TCAM value size
Actual value = FFFF, Expected value = 20

I deleted the preloaded IOS and load various old and new version of IOS but the problem is not resolved. Please advise is there any way to solve this error

Sounds like hardware issue but could be a bug as below , if software upgrade does not fix it RMA it with Cisco

Description

Symptom:
Some 2960 switches may fail TCAM POST test with the following messages,

!!! WARNING: The switch is not usable !!!
Reason:
Error unsupported TCAM value size
Actual value = 40, Expected value = 20

Conditions:
This is caused when some 2960 switches are downgraded to 12.2(44)SE2 or
12.2(44)SE3.

This can also be seen on some 2960 switches when downgrading to a previously
deferred version of IOS.


Workaround:
Do not downgrade to 12.2(44)SE2, 12.2(44)SE3, or any previously deferred
version of IOS.

Use any of the following IOS images:
12.2(37)EY
12.2(37)SE, 12.2(37)SE1
12.2(35)SE5
12.2(40)SE
12.2(44)SE, 12.2(44)SE1, 12.2(44)SE6
12.2(46)SE
12.2(50)SE, 12.2(50)SE1, 12.2(50)SE2, 12.2(50)SE3, 12.2(50)SE4, 12.2(50)SE5
12.2(52)SE
12.2(53)SE1, 12.2(53)SE2
12.2(55)SE or newer
