I had a series of power failures over the night, now when the 2960s boot it stops.
Anything I can do?

There is nothing to be done except contact Cisco TAC and request for RMA.

You can try and load the IOS using Xmodem if that does not help than you would have to do what Leo said.

You could try, but I doubt it'll work. The power surge must've fried flash memory.
