Fan noise

I have two switches (a 3850 series and a 9300 series) in a rack in a shipping container office. Any configuration options available, that can reduce the fan noise?

I did a search here on the site and have a good idea that the answer is NO.

The fans are designed to pull hot air out and not designed to be quiet.

I agree with Leo, but...

the fans seem to the make more noise when running on single PSU

maybe this is an option to look at?
