fex status sfp error

my fex port under nexus switch shows sfperr, sfp checksum error, what should i do ?

Is that an SFP that connects the FEX to the parent switch? If yes, you maybe dealing with a none compatible SFP. Some third party vendor SFPs don't work well with Nexus.
