Can I mix TRANSCEIVER of diffrent types to connect devices. i.e. Can I connectiona Cat 3560 SFP transciever to a GBIC transciver on a cat 4506 line card?

Presumably when you say GBIC you mean SC terminations ?.

Yes you can do this you just need to ensure you get the right cable ie. SC -> LC.
