Supporting what kind of bandwidth, per port (i.e. 100 Mbps, gig, 10g, 40g, 100g)?

You only need 24 or 48 fiber ports, no other requirements?

I am looking for switch which has

1.    1gig speed with 2 fiber uplink 4 PoE Port.

2.    1 gig speed with 2 fiber uplink port

Sorry for the delay in responding, but your requirements are still very broad.

You'll find switches like those, in the 2960, 3650 and 3850 series (http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/switches/product-listing.html#CampusLANSwitches-Access).  I also believe Cisco has SMB switches (http://www.cisco.com/cisco/web/solutions/small_business/products/routers_switches/index.html-tab-Switches) that would meet those basic requirements too.
