Firewall Route mode or Transparent mode

Hi I have two router in edge both r connected with ISPs with chap and pap ADSL 1Frist router do connectivty 2 branches and aother for internet and the Firewall 'll be 3rd in this what is best thing For firewall it be routed mode or Transparent mode if it be Transparent mode the can I do ACL to deny and permit users and hosts to out and in

it depends, if you are doing only ACLs and like URL filtering and or deep inspection, the a transparent FW will do.  If you need to actually terminate an TCP/IP socket onto it, or do any NAT-ing or VPN;  use it in routed mode.

Or deploy a palo alto; it can do both at the same time on the same hardware platform.
