Good afternoon, can you tell me where I can find updates for the Cisco SG500X? Currently, we have firmware version 1.3.0.62 and bootloader version 1.3.0.03

hello G. try this page: https://software.cisco.com/download/home, u have to search ur device, and choose ur version.. thats it....

as i can remember it goes something like this :

  • Select: Switches > Small Business 500 Series Stackable Switches > SG500X
  • Filter for your specific model (e.g., SG500X-24 or SG500X-48)

but once u login, it is very easy to find what u looking for.

Unfortunately, CISCO has discontinued support for these devices and has removed all update files.

Does anyone have the firmware files and can share them with me?

I know how to use Google, but unfortunately, the link you provided only provides information about known firmware issues, not the actual firmware files.
