What is the network layout of the switch to the TFTP server?

Hi @Leo Laohoo
I am using vlan 100 to connect my SW in the network, port f0/24. I can reach everything here,

I am connect through a console cable

Another fact.
I am able to export files. But I can't import to my Switch

Console access means you are physically next to the switch.

Transfer the IOS into a USB flash drive.

Unfortunately this model doesn't has a UBS port.

All 2960S and 2960X/XR have a USB port.

If this switch does not have a USB port then it is not a 2960S.  If this is not a 2960S and the switch is being forced to load an IOS of a different model, the switch will boot into ROMMON.

in addition to Leo's remark
i see a lot of "!OOO!O!OOOO" in your output, on a reliable network it would show "!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
which means there is something seriously going wrong in the connection

Yeah, I know that it should show "!!!!!!!"
But I have no idea how to fix this. It's weird because I can export from my Switch, but I can't import to my Switch.

Should I change to vlan1 ? currently I am using vlan100

>>> Should I change to vlan1 ? currently I am using vlan100 <<<
that depends,
- which vlan is directly connected to your tftp server?
- which vlan has an ip-address ?
if the switch only has an ip-address in vlan 100 than stick to vlan100
- which vlan have you configured as source-interface vor tftp

- check speed and duplex of the ports involved in the file transfer
-  try another cable
- check routing from and to the switch does not take different paths

Sorry, this is a WS-C2960-24TC-S

If the switch is a plain 2960, the IOS BIN file is for a 2960S.  If you persist, the 2960 switch will attempt to boot an IOS version meant for a 2960S.  Because the IOS is not compatible, the switch will boot into ROMMON.

But I am not trying to boot now, I was just trying to transfer from my PC to the Switch (I won't transfer this wrong file, I will get the proper one.).

I tried some different ways, but didn't work,
Still happening this weird problem.
