It looks like a 1GB card comes with the 720-10g supervisor, but is that enough? Is there a max for the amount of flash? If I'm going to put flash in, I only want to do it once. any suggestions? thanks,

One GB is enough, as the the latest image for the 6500 is about 160MB. So you can store multiple images in one Gig flash.
