Flash Error and Boot Error

Dear Team,

 I found issues that i can't login with console to switch and also all led and all ethernet ports not working after ios update.Could you please give me suggest about that.Thanks.

We do not know any details about your environment and that makes it difficult to give good advice. Can you tell us what model of switch this is? And what was the old version of code and what version did you upgrade to? Also can you connect to the console, power cycle the switch, and post all of the console output during the boot process?

Model is catalyst 3750 G series and old ios version is 12.25.SE5.My update version is 12.55.SE12.When i connect to switch with console cable using tera term software after updating ios I can only see black screen with blinking cursor without showing any message even i had waited about five minutes  and also i didn't see any amber light in switch.And also i'm trying to login with rommon mode but i can't.Thanks.
