Format CF Flash memory from windows into Cisco IOS File format

Hi,

Is it possible to format (into Cisco file system) a compact flash memory (no name) from windows to be ready for receiving an IOS into a CCME ?

I've always had to format in the Cisco device and let Windows read it.
