Frequent damage on cisco switch power unit (Catalyst 2960-X series)

I have been experiencing damage on my Cisco switch power unit. i have changed it twice this year.  I don`t know if anyone has experienced such or has solution to this frequent damage on the power unit. Actually using catalyst 2960-X series POE switch.
