GLBP configuration help

This is my curretn setup.  I have dual DS3s coming into the site.  I want to run GLBP on the data interfaces on the router and HSRP for the Voice interfaces.  My concern is the setup between the routers. 

• Do I need to connect the routers together with the connection in this drawing and run iBGP between them?
• What do I need to configure for the phone lines attached to the the router if the MPLS link goes down?  Will iBGP help with that?
• What else do i need to be looking at for this type of connection?

Some good GLBP related links that I used when I set it up.  I did it on the core switches so my setup was a bit diffferent.  But these links really helped, I am pretty sure you can setup GLBP on the data interfaces and then HSRP instance on the Voice interface.

Thank you for these sites.  I was able to get this setup with my provider.  What I had to do was setup iBGP on the routers internally, use GLBP on the interfaces that I wanted to load balance. 

The catch was that on the  WAE devices, setup like normal, but for the router list, be sure to list both routers.
