GLC-T negotiation problem

Hi, I have GLC-T interface in WS-X6724-SFP module of my 6509 (with Se720) but this Rj45 interface works only at 1000Mbs.

The same GLC-T interface in 3750 Switch works at 10/100/1000Mbps.

Why?I need to connect host at wired speed of 100Mbps in my 6509.

Hi,

This is because the WS-X6724-SFP was only designed for Gigabit operation, and does not have the hardware to support 10 or 100 Mb Ethernet.
