Do you want manually drawn diagrams (like Visio) or semi-automated like 10-Strike's LANstate?

I use MS Visio.

Visio for me as well. It's pretty much a standard.

The best is MS Visio. However, not all can afford it.
I use MS PowerPoint. It comes in MS Office and most network vendor have icons for it. However, it takes sometime to get use to it.
For those tight in $$$ to purchase any of the above and only need to draw a simple diagram, try Network Notepad http://www.networknotepad.com/

Hi all,
I know this is an older post.. BUT for those who are looking for some diagramming software. Checkout https://draw.io - it's pretty nice alternative to Visio and it's FREE! You can export to Visio and other formats as well. I've been using this and Visio for sometime now and have to say I'm liking draw.io quite a bit.
So check it out all you network diagram gurus! :)
