GSR 12008 error

Hello,

I have a GSR 12008 and I'm getting the below error message below and I've been unable to find a symptom/solution. Has anyone encountered this and is there a fix for this? Thanks.

HI,

Couldn't get a hit on error message decoder for this message..

Can you check whether you have any issues in the power entry modules on this GSR.

Do you have 1 or 2 power supplies installed? Did you lose one? You can perform a show env or sho hardware to investigate,'

I have one power supply installed (tried it in both slots, but got the same error) below ist he show env & sh hardware..

Hi,

The message that you see is not due to a error.

As you have only one PEM installed in the GSR, For informational purpose, It just reports that there is only one power supply installed in GSR.
