GUI broken after IOS upgrade

Hi All,

Recently I upgraded IOS on a C3750G switches(IOS version c3750-ipservicesk9-tar.122-55.SE11). After IOS upgrade, I unable to get GUI working properly. After I login the web interface, following screen appeared. Can someone help on this? thanks!

Exactly HOW was the IOS upgrade done?  

There are three methods of upgrading the IOS of a switch:

1.  Copy the BIN file into the switch; 

2.  Use the "archive tar /xtract" command; or

3.  Use the "archive download-sw" command. 

My guess is method #1 was used.  Is this correct?

I think this is a browser issue.  

Release Notes states "Internet Explorer 5.5, 6.0, 7.0".

I tested in IE and Chrome both no luck. Any ideas?

I can access to similar web interface of other switches in same PC.
