Hi All,
i have 2 Cisco Nexus 3064-32T switch, and i want to use it for HA or stacking. means HA is supportable on this switch or we can use it like stacking. If yes then what would be physical connectivity( is there any cable required).
Regards,
Gaurav

Hi Gaurav,
Stacking is not supported on Nexus 3064-32T, but virtual PortChannel (vPC) is definitely supported.
vPC will enable both switches to act as one for the downstream device.
Try the below link to know more about vPC.

I hope this helps.

Hello Gaurav,
HA design with N3k is only possible with vPC between N3k and run Hot stanby routing protocol for all vlans for redundancy purpose.
These switches are not design for stacking purpose.
Hope it Helps..

N3K is not stackable, it supports vPC.
Stacking keep your only 1 control plane (SUP) active; whereas vPC keeps both SUP as active;
therefore utilizing the all available hardware resource, in parallel to provide redundancy.
