Help! Locked out of 9606 switch running Amsterdam 17.01.01

So, I did a few dumb things.

First: I shutdown the management port.

Second: I entered a 'no exec' command under line con 0

Third: I did a 'copy run start' and then reloaded the machine.

Now I cannot get into the switch except via breaking into ROMMON ... and this version of ROMMON doesn't seem to have a 'confreg' command for some reason.

HELP.  How do I get into this switch to fix my errors??

SWITCH_IGNORE_STARTUP_CFG=1
SWITCH_DISABLE_PASSWORD_RECOVERY=0

Try both lines in ROMMON and then reboot the appliance.

WARNING:  Don't be tempted to use the global/systems-wide "disable password recovery" (CSCvo02389).
