Hi Experts,
i have 3 access point cisco Air-lap1142N-e-k9.
when i connect it with DHCP, i see AP received IP from DHCP. but when i type ip on chrome not connect web config AP. i see alert refuse connect. see lights change from Green -> Orange -> red, i telnet to IP but the same refuse
please help me

Hi @Hai Truong
As per your description looks like your AP is not standalone AP which will not permit you to access web interface. The "Green -> Orange -> red" is the AP looking for a WLC on the network.
If I'm right, you need to convert this AP to autonomous AP using an AP IOS for that.
To make sure which one you have, access the AP using console and run show version. If you see k9w8 somewhere then you have a capwap AP. If you see k9w7 then you have an autonomous AP..

yes, i not WLC, i want convert it to autonomous.
please help me. i first time config Cisco equipment. hehe
i have only cab RJ45 not cab console.

You need console access to perform this. And you need the IOS as well. without this two thing you cant move on.
