HI all,
I am working on a series of the above-mentioned units. I've encountered an early hurdle, whereby I cannot get any console response from the units. I have connected them via serial cable in the console port, but still receive no information.
The output I do get is in garbled characters, which I've historically fixed through BAUD rate changes, but these units will not work with any of the Cisco BAUD rates.
Any help would be fantastic, thank you

Hi,
Are you using the console cable that comes with the DMP? If not, you may want to use straight-through console cable (not crossed) and test.
Also, there are a couple of other options for accessing the device. See link:

Hi Reza,
I'm not using the provided console cable, though I believe it's a crossover cable. I am only really looking to configure the devices through a CLI right now, as opposed to a GUI. I haven't seen the manual yet however, so it may require a GUI for configurations, I am not sure
Thank you for the link also. I can check things from there
