Help with 3550 Flash system

I am having difficulty getting my switch to boot. I think it is a bad flash file. Any way to remedy this? Here is some output

Other output to add. I can't get into xmodem, because it is set to read only. Is there a way to change this? Output below:

SOLUTION:

I seemed to solve the problem on my own. I used the following article

I hate to answer my own question, but I'm sure one day someone will need to answer the same issue.
