help with a 4500 log message???

i have a ws-c4500x-16 switch at a customer that is giving this log message:

THRESHOLD_VIOLATION: Te1/1/3: Rx power low warning; Operating value: -21.0 dBm, Threshold value: -19.0 dBm.

please what does it mean? and how do i fix it?

If that port isn't actually connected then you probably have nothing to worry about and might be hitting this bug: https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCtk97309

If that port is connected, you likely have a L1 issue of either bad cable or SFP.
