Botelho,
Check in the logs of the switch using show logging command to find how frequent the port goes down and if any logs regarding that port holding any error message. Also have you tried to move to a different port on the switch and if the cam on that port remained stable or not ?

Botelho,
Perform a reboot of the switch using reload command from the switch and then try to connect back the CAM to the same port and check if you are facing any issues or not.

Check this
show power inline
It will give you the total amount of power available on the switch. Make sure that you have enough power on the switch to deliver the rest of POE.

This looks like there is enough power.
Have you tried moving the camera to another port to test this?
If so then try doing a reboot like ajar says, and see if that fixes the issue.
11-20-2015 07:27 AM
Kevin I don´t know why it happen.
I Just tried to change to another port after did the reboot.
And after 10 days or less the problem came again.
I will reboot again and active the logs to see what happen
