what device that  has been connected to the port and denied, do you have LLDP enabled (if 3rd party device) ?

Can you post the below output :

show verison

#show modules

#show power inline (full output)

#show run  interface GigabitEthernet1/0/47

#show run interface GigabitEthernet1/0/48

last option reload the switch and see if that fix the issue

some troubleshooting tips :

Power deny probably because those ports have triggered a loopback alarm.

Could be a faulty cable.

Please post the complete output to the command "sh post".

1.  After the cable was replaced, what do the logs say?

2.  Do the following:

  • Command:  cable tdr interface Gi 1/0/24
  • Wait for approximately 5 to 7 seconds
  • Command:  show cable tdr interface Gi 1/0/24
  • Post the output to to the show command.
