High Buffer utilization in 3750 Switch

Dears,

We are getting High Buffer utilization trigger from Cisco 3750 Switches

the threshold value is set for 60 % (in Netcool Monitoring Tool)

and the average Buffer utilization is ~40%

Intermitent spike happening with max 75 %

Do you think is it normal behavior or elve what could be the reson?

What exactly are you polling in Netcool that is reporting high buffer utilization?

How did you come up with the 60% theshold?
