Hey all,
Is it possible to use SNMP v3 to monitor Port Rx/Tx usage and switch CPU usage? We have 3750s and can't use Netflow.
Thanks!
Leam

What application are you using to do the SNMP polling? 99.9% of them have the MIB-II already and most already have the Cisco one. If it doesn't, you can download the appropriate MIB from Cisco at http://tools.cisco.com/ITDIT/MIBS/servlet/index. You will then need to import the MIB into your SNMP manager.

Yes you can use SNMP. MIB-II will have the interface OID's but you will need the Cisco MIB for CPU.
Hope it helps.

Collin, thanks! Do you have a pointer to what I need to read to figure this out? We have Cisco support on all our gear.
Thanks!
