High CPU Load

Hi friends,

I am getting high cpu load on cisco 2960 switch. Can you help me.

CPU utilization for five seconds: 13%/0%; one minute: 7%; five minutes: 7%

That's not high CPU load.  Your average is quite low and well within norms in my estimation.

Thanks for your post. We are getting high latency and output drops on all major uplinks in our lan environment.This happens after IOS image upgradation.We are using c2960-lanbase-mz.122-25.SEE2.bin before upgradation.I upgrade  image to  c2960-lanbasek9-mz.122-50.SE5.bin. Kindly help me as this is production environment.
