High CPU spikes in C2960 stack

Hi All,

We are having high CPU utilisation issue at one of our Cisco Switch stack (it seems like process: HL2MCM, please see below output) is causing this spike, could anyone help us resolving this issue please? (your suggestions will be highly appreciated)

Hi Nilaaksh

HL2MCM is associated with multicast traffic. A show tech taken when the CPU is high may help up to make progress on what's going on.
