High CPu utilization in 4500

Hi I have switch 4500 on whcich i am getting high CPU utilization when we chechked by command show process cpu it showing it is due to "Cat4k Mgmt LoPri" and " Ip input" and cisco doc suggest the command "show platform health" and found the process "K2CpuMan Review" and "K2FibFlowCache flow"is high. Please help me out to resolve the issue

"Cat4k Mgmt LoPri" is documented as a bug for several 4500 releases, although from a quick scan, it might not be in your IOS version. (See http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst4500/release/note/OL_5184.html)
