high CPU utilization on cisco switch 3750

i expereince the high cpu utilization in cisco switch 3750..please guide

CPU utilization is about 35%..please let me know its normal or high

Good advice although I recall all 3750s are EoL, and if so, obtaining another IOS version might be problematic.

15.0(2)SE did not get stable until 15.0(4)SE4.  15.0(2)SE12 is a good and stable release along with 12.2(55)SE13 and 15.2(4)E10.

Latest is - Release 15.2.4E10 MD

what is the uptime of the switch, and check reload when maintenance window.

or stop SNMP service on switch or increase the polling time on NMS side and check.

Also try remove not required EEM Script and check any better outcome.
