noting that the IOS version is 15.2(1)E2

please if anyone can advise how to solve this problem or it's normal in this model or I need to change the IOS version and if it is, there is any document proof that ?

it's not effecting the function of the switch and the CPU is normal

Upgrade the firmware.

thank u i'll try and see the results

Unfortunately, upgrading the software does not solve the problem. I think the switch just has hardware limitations and might be advice-able to upgrade to  a higher end switch.

The Ops' switch is running on a short-lived 15.2(1)E train -- not a particular train/version I want to "brag" about.
