High TCAM on member Catalyst 3750X-12S in mixed stack

I have Cisco 3750G series stack. Where is one Catalyst 3750G-48TS like MASTER and six members Catalyst 3750G-12S. Used IOS 12.2(55)SE12 C3750-IPSERVICESK9-M. The current SDM template is "desktop access". Stack working without problem long time. It was necessary to add one more switch, but 3750X-12S (with 10G ports). IOS used 12.2(55)SE12 C3750E-UNIVERSALK9-M and IPSERVICES license. No problems appear with the addition to the stack. SDM configured same "desktop access".

This added Catalyst 3750X-12S show me TCAM:

remote command 8 show platform tcam utilization
Switch : 8 :
------------

CAM Utilization for ASIC# 0 Max Used
                                             Masks/Values Masks/values

 Unicast mac addresses: 4316/4316 6643/6643
 IPv4 IGMP groups + multicast routes: 1120/1120 451/451
 IPv4 unicast directly-connected routes: 4096/4096 3274/3274
 IPv4 unicast indirectly-connected routes: 2048/2048 407/407
 IPv4 policy based routing aces: 512/512 366/366
 IPv4 qos aces: 512/512 26/26
 IPv4 security aces: 2048/2048 230/230

Used value is more than MAX. At this time CPU ok 30-38%. No error in log.

On MASTER switch and all other old members stack members (3750G series) TCAM is normal:

show platform tcam utilization

CAM Utilization for ASIC# 0 Max Used
                                             Masks/Values Masks/values

 Unicast mac addresses: 528/4224 432/3378
 IPv4 IGMP groups + multicast routes: 152/1216 67/473
 IPv4 unicast directly-connected routes: 528/4224 432/3378
 IPv4 unicast indirectly-connected routes: 272/2176 67/384
 IPv4 policy based routing aces: 512/512 354/354
 IPv4 qos aces: 768/768 324/324
 IPv4 security aces: 1024/2048 87/248

In additional. Through the added 3750X nothing connected, just in stack.

What the problem or this is cosmetic bug from Cisco? If no, how to resolve this problem?

I can provide additional information if needed.
