How can I TFTP a running config over to an offline CSS11503

To save time, I was wondering how can I upload a running configuration via TFTP to flash on a Cisco CSS11503. The CSS11503 is not on the network.

I want to manually configure a private on it and configure a static IP on my laptop so I can TFTP the running configuration. However since it's my first time doing this on a CSS, I realize the steps is sort of different than a switch or router.

Any suggestions?

- TFTP needs a network connection, by definition.
