Hi haksug,
As much as i know whenever I face any problem with service running on line card I normally contact Cisco TAC and then they come up with justification that it is problem with Linecard, SIP or Chassis.
This is what I do.

Mahesh

Hi Haksung,
Usually if you notice any problems on a line card, there will be an accompanying error message in the logs. You can paste the error message in the Error Message decoder tool available at cisco.com
You can also use show diagnostic result module module-number detail to see if the line card has failed a particular test.
If you do not find much info online, you can always contact TAC :-)

Ummmm ... You are not connecting your high-speed servers to this blade are you?

Like Leo said, if you are connecting servers into the 6148 line cards, it means you are running into oversubcription problem.

Hi Haksung,
You can try to re-seat the module and run full diagnostics and observe if it passes all tests. If not then the raise a Cisco TAC will be next step to replace the line card.
Please mark accordingly if it helps.
Thanks
