When doing the mls qos configuration, all information are related to percentage. For examle,
'mls qos srr-queue input buffers 50 50'
means both queues get 50% of the total buffer of that interface.
So how can you configure the actual buffers for one interface? Is that still the same using 'hold-queue 4096 out'?

If the queue is not over-limit, the switch can allocate buffer space from the reserved pool or from the common pool (if it is not empty). If there are no free buffers in the common pool or if the queue is over-limit, the switch drops the frame.

How do you know the queue is over-limit? Is there a setting that says 10 buffer is the limit?
