Hello,
I want to monitor the network with RSPAN, I am planning to configure it in all users interfaces (or most of them). My question is, could I use one RSPAN monitor for the whole network? I have like 20 switches with 5 48 ports.
And what are the best practice using RSPAN?

It could vary per switch platform, but have a look at this link for guide lines and restrictions for RSPAN source and destinations.

Hello,
there is no limit on the number of source ports in an RSPAN session, the only restriction is that you cannot mix source VLANs and ports in the same session. So yes, you can monitor all your ports with one RSPAN monitor.
