Cisco Net Academy packet tracer? you cannot, it is not real thing but just a simulator, a software design to simulate (operate) like a real IOS and routers/switches, PCs and other devices. However, I think there is a simple lab where You can practice loading IOS they have stored inside PT on to PT switch. You have to visit Cisco Net Academy for instructions.
