How to Cisco 9300 'factory-reset all' recovery

Hello everyone...

I did a factory reset everything on a 9300 switch, now I need to restore it as this was an error when executing the command, which are the steps to restore this switch model.

If the switch is in ROMMON, then the only way to bring this back is to use Emergency-Install.

emergency-install usbflash0:IOS_filename.bin
