You don't/can't. Cisco won't read your config. It's part of their service.

what is dead ?
if it is the powersupply then exchange it for another similar powersupply from a working switch.
erase the config
turn off the switch and switch the working powersupply with the broken one.
if the motherboard is the broken part then I do not know of a way you can erase the configuration.

sorry thought you had a hardware problem and wanted to erase the config before sending it to cisco..
