How to delete default ACL on Cisco 2960 switch

I.m trying to delete following ACL which came with the factory default settings, but each time i delete the ACL it appear once again.

Hi there,

It is an in-built ACL which is applied to a 802.1x enabled switchport in the absence of a DACL being pushed to the switch.

You won't be able to remove it, and it is probably a cosmetic bug that it is visible.
