how to find Internal Functioning of two switches ?

Here all are new devices. No CDP. client 1 should communicate with client 2.

so how the process will start. ( internal functioning )

Why and how arp will generate ?

how two switches will communicate internally. ( i mean how the headers will function).

Install wireshark on one of  the PCs above, it will allows you to chick in details whats happening in realtime.

Hi, 

What subnet mask do you have set on each of the endpoints ?

My guess is they do not communicate with each other since they are on different subnets and you will need a router between the switches unless you are doing VLAN routing.
